How do I get my download link after payment?
I completed the payment via iDEAL but I did not receive a download link by email. Where can I find my purchase?
Answer
After your payment has been confirmed, we send your personal download link by email, usually within a few minutes. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
The link can be used once and stays valid for 30 days.
Do you have an account with the same email address? Then you will also find your purchase under My account, where you can download it again at any time.
No email after 15 minutes, or has your link expired? Contact us via the Contact page and mention your order number. We will send you a new link right away.
