With a blog, you write about what matters to your customers: tips, inspiration, guides and news. Every post is a new way into your store. Clover Blogsmith adds that blog to PrestaShop itself. You don't need WordPress alongside it, a second login or a separate look and feel. You write in the back office you already know, and your blog stands out in Google.

Writing and publishing
A post has a title, a friendly URL, an introduction, content created with the editor, an image, tags, a category, an author and its own meta fields, all per language. If you choose a publication date in the future, the post goes online automatically at that moment, with no cron job. With the preview link you can view a post in your store before it goes live. Only people who have the link can see it. In the list, each post shows its status: Offline, Scheduled or Online.

More sales from your content
Link products to a post by searching on name or reference. They appear below the post in the product cards of your own theme and can be ordered right away. Conversely, the post appears on the product pages of those products. With the latest posts block on the homepage and the widget, which you can place anywhere in your theme, your content shows up throughout the store.
Comments without spam
Visitors can leave comments, and you can turn this on or off globally or per post. Approve comments before they appear and get an email for every new comment. Spam is blocked with a hidden field for bots, a time check and a limit per IP address. If you use PrestaShop's GDPR module (psgdpr), you manage the consent checkbox there, and comments are included in a data export or a deletion request.
Easy to add to your menu
For the blog and for every category, the module shows the full URL per language, with a Copy button. You paste that URL as a custom link in any menu module, including PrestaShop's default Main menu.
Fits your store
Colors and fonts come from your theme, so the blog feels like a natural part of your store. If you want to customize more, you override the templates in your theme, and those changes are kept when you update. Images are automatically created in a large and a medium version. You set the widths yourself. Clover Blogsmith works with PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9.

Yes, the module is built with SEO as its starting point. Every post gets a readable URL, its own meta title and meta description per language, a canonical URL and hreflang links to the other languages. Each post also gets BlogPosting data (schema.org), and your posts are automatically added to their own sitemap and to the PrestaShop Google sitemap module. There is also an RSS feed. You write the content yourself, of course: good posts are the foundation, and the module makes sure search engines can read them properly.
