- Your order number or the email address of your purchase
- The name and version of the module
- Your PrestaShop and PHP version
- The exact error message or a screenshot
- What you did just before it went wrong

The questions we get most often, answer included.
In your back office, go to Modules > Module Manager and click the button to upload a module. Choose the zip file you downloaded, without unzipping it first. Then click Configure to set up the module.
The download link in your email can be used once and expires after the period stated in the email. Have an account with the same email address? Then you can always download your modules again under My account. No account? Email us your order number and we'll send you a new link.
First clear the cache via Advanced Parameters > Performance. Using multistore? Then also check that the module is enabled for the right shop.
Temporarily enable debug mode via Advanced Parameters > Performance. You'll then see the actual error message. Send it to us and we'll usually know right away where the problem is. Turn debug mode off again afterwards.

That depends on the plan you bought. The period is shown on the product page. Almost over? Then you can renew at a discount.
A licence is per shop (domain). You get a hefty discount for extra shops, see our discounts page.
Support helps you install and use the module properly. Custom changes or work on other parts of your shop aren't included, but we're happy to do that as a separate job.
